Ginger has many characteristics that can improve ones' health! Just now, I am making a batch of Ginger, Lemon, and Honey tea for my scratchy sore throat. The secret of how Ginger has medicinal properties lies in the Gingerol that it contains.

Lactobacillus, the most common form of probiotics. Found in yogurt, Kefir, and other fermented foods. The way this amazing bacteria works is we have "good" and "bad" bacteria in our guts. Probiotic is the "good", and the "bad" is called Candida. These two bacterias are usually always in balance, but sugary or fatty foods can disrupt the balance, leading to an excessive amount of Candida in the body. It leads to sluggishness, low energy levels, and the feeling of always being sick.
Eating yogurts and Kefir balances out your bacteria in the gut which gives you more energy and you'll become less sluggish. Cheers to yogurt! Sodas that are labeled zero have gotten a lot of praise for being "healthier" than regular sodas. Yet this is a form of false advertising, Coke Zero or Sprite Zero, and others alike, contain various chemicals and additives that make the soft drinks worse than the originals. Heres why:

How to naturally get rid of allergy symptoms:

The natural healthy bacterial organisms in them promote a healthy gut. Research has shown that people who drink probiotics have less incidences of allergies. 4. Organic Honey: Take a teaspoon of raw honey every day. It soothes itchy/scratchy throats. 5. Diet Changes: Eat healthier meals with lots of fruits and vegetables that have vitamin C and antioxidants. Lastly, Rest Up! Aloe Vera has been used to heal cuts and flesh wounds, but what if the same product could heal your organs and overall body?

~Clean Teeth- Mixing baking soda with water to create a paste, the product works just like retail brand toothpaste. ~Settlement of the Stomach- Mix 1/2 a teaspoon of baking soda with 1/2 a cup of water.
